Job Description

Join our Credit and Lending team to drive the growth of Amazon Pay's Installments program in India. You will collaborate with category teams and financial partners to expand credit access for millions of customers. This role offers the opportunity to transform how India shops by making purchases more affordable through innovative installment solutions.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth initiatives for the Installments program by identifying opportunities across multiple business categories and implementing scalable solutions
- Analyze program performance metrics and customer behavior data to develop actionable insights and implement improvements to enhance program effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category teams, seller services, and marketplace stakeholders through regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Design and implement operational processes for new program launches, including creating SOPs, establishing escalation protocols, and defining service level agreements
- Partner with product and marketing teams to increase program awareness, improve adoption rates, and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints
- Monitor and optimize key input metrics across various categories to enhance customer experience and program performance
- Lead periodic business reviews with stakeholders, presenting program performance, insights, and recommended actions to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with financial partners and internal teams to develop and launch new credit offerings that address evolving customer needs and market opportunities
A day in the life
You will spend your time analyzing program metrics, collaborating with category teams, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your day might include reviewing performance data, participating in business reviews, and working with product teams to enhance the customer experience. You'll regularly engage with stakeholders to drive program adoption and implement improvements.
About the team
Our Credit and Lending team works to democratize credit access in India. We develop innovative solutions that help customers fulfill their aspirational needs through seamless credit offerings. The team collaborates across multiple business units and external partners to create and scale financial products that transform the shopping experience.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business development, or related roles
- Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency with MS Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience in financial services, payments, or e-commerce industries
- Track record of scaling business programs or initiatives
- Knowledge of credit products and financial services landscape in India
- Experience working with category management or marketplace teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- Analytics experience with SQL or similar tools
