Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who will be responsible for delivering medium to high complexity projects or sub-projects within agreed timelines, budget, margins, quality specifications and client expectations. You will also ensure project delivery methods are appropriate for the size, nature and complexity of each project. In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.


About the Role:


In this role as a Program Manager, you will:


  • Deliver against medium to high complexity projects/sub-projects ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget, quality and to client expectation.


  • Manage the successful delivery of projects by motivating and guiding the project team(s), communicating effectively with all stakeholders, monitoring progress and taking appropriate action where necessary.


  • Ensure project delivery methods are appropriate for the size, nature and complexity of each project.


  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.


  • Monitor progress of projects and take appropriate action where necessary.


  • Report on key performance indicators and operational metrics relating to program delivery.


  • Proactively communicate and escalate risks and issues that affect program delivery.


  • Work closely with peers and senior colleagues to exchange information, coordinate activities across the department and organization, and build partnerships and alliances.


  • Provide guidance and training to more junior colleagues.


About You:


You’re a fit for the role of Program Manager if your background includes:


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.


  • 10+ years’ experience managing complex business and technology programs.


  • The role requires the candidate to work in 12 pm - 9 pm IST and also to be flexible.


  • Experience leading Agile / Scrum methodology.


  • Excellent understanding of project management governance and best practices.


  • Excellent understanding of industry trends, standards and regulatory requirements.


  • Strong understanding of financial management principles.


  • Ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Ability to create presentations suitable for technical, business and executive audiences.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Attention to detail.


  • Highly flexible approach.


  • Excellent people leadership and team management skills.


  • Demonstrated thought leadership.
