Program Manager


As Program Manager in Vaccines BU, you will report to Associate Director – Consumer Activation and will be responsible for managing innovative consumer activation among consumers and patients to create HPV and Pneumococcal Disease Awareness. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects deliver desired impact within scope, on time, and within budget.


Vaccines Business is one of the key priority areas globally with significant investment been done in new product research, market expansion and consumer awareness & activation. India is one of the Top priority markets globally and this a newly created position to support our aspiration to become No1 vaccine company in India in 2025.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Cross functional teams to execute consumer activation programs within the limitation of applicable organizational compliance policies.
  • Be part of the activation planning and lead scheduling and coordination, ensuring that project objectives and deliverables are clearly defined and aligned with BU goals.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement necessary corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor and control execution of the activation program, track progress, and report on performance and key metrics to stakeholders and management.
  • Lead evaluations and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Ideate, conceptualize, and execute new consumer activation / engagement programs to drive awareness on HPV / Cervical Cancer

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:


  • MBA with 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Working experience in Healthcare Sector is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to plan and seamlessly execute large scale on-ground consumer engagement programs.
  • Business acumen and analytical skills to draw insights from available internal & external data; and to connect relevant insights from data to effect “need mining”.
  • Be a team player and have a ‘service-mindset’ to work seamlessly and effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively to a variety of audiences.
  • Have good working knowledge of basic compliance requirements in the industry.
