Job Description

Global responsibilities:


  • To manage documentation improvement programs such as bi-yearly Fixit Weeks, including defining the scope of work and collaborating with managers to identify leads and retro meets.
  • Manage the Product Content (StratOps) strategy operations program. This includes strategizing initiatives in collaboration with workflow leads, regular sync-ups with workstream sponsors and leads, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks, and organizing show-and-tell events.
  • To manage the nominations for iSTC awards for the ServiceNow Product Content team.

India responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with the India Product Content leadership team to ensure smooth running of programs such as hiring drives, and internal and external events such as EX Summit, and STC.
    Collaborate with internal teams - Talent Acquisition, India Workplace (WPS), Early-in-Career, and EX India People and Culture teams.
    Collaborate with the STC standing committee and academic institutions for external events, if necessary.
  • Collaborate with the India Product Content leadership to organize site and team-specific activities such as workshops, team-building activities, etc.
  • Coordinate with the IDC leadership to oversee the necessary arrangements for the PC leadership’s visit to India. 

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies.
  • Quickly and effectively adjusts to changes in priority, areas of focus and unforeseen challenges
  • Identifies opportunities for operational improvement, and suggests solutions
  • Ability to independently adjust own work deliverables as priorities shift
  • Exhibits strong self-awareness and provides constructive, actionable feedback to colleagues to maintain collective accountability to ServiceNow values and culture or respect

Basic Qualifications


  • BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver solutions and strategies while mitigating or removing obstacles.
  • Experience utilizing software to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress.
