Could you be the full-time Product Program Manager in our ADM/Development Center we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and results-oriented teammates.
You'll be at the helm of the overall QCD (Quality, Costs, Development lead time) of the Program, ensuring excellence in System/Product performances. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Development Center Métiers, Design Authorities, and more), managing and controlling all developments related to your program and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of proposing System/Product specifications, optimizing product performances, but also ensuring that your System/Product is easily deployable.
We’ll look to you for:
Contributing to the roadmap definition of your System/Product
Managing, controlling, and executing all developments in compliance with QCD commitments
Driving and making decisions for issues that affect performance
Coordinating work of other entities related to the program
Operationally managing the Métier resources allocated to the program
Ensuring smooth transition to Product Lifecycle Manager at the end of Product related programs

Degree in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE, EEE or Equivalent
Experience or understanding of project management and leading teams
Knowledge of software program management
Familiarity with creating Reference Libraries and model-based development
A PMP certification is an advantage.

Innovative thinking and the ability to influence and convince
