As a Program Management Vice President - Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) Regulatory Programs Governance, you will be leading and managing the project lifecycle.
The RM&C Regulatory Programs Governance (RPG) is a global team within the Risk Management & Compliance Department responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing RM&C’s governance framework on managing Legal Obligations, Regulatory Change Management, and support the firm-wide Compliance Risk Assessment Program.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence and manage and govern key reference data in firmwide applications implementing appropriate change management controls, ensuring data integrity.
- Utilize Alteryx and Excel to analyze and visualize data, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning and gather and analyze diverse collections of qualitative and quantitative data to support firmwide compliance risk assessment.
- Coordinate regular status updates and liaise with senior stakeholders to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop clear and compelling communication materials for executive-level project updates and stakeholder engagement and draft comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and internal communications.
- Partner with various departments to deliver a consistent and excellent stakeholder experience and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and organizational performance.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA, CRISC) and 10 or above years of experience in project management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects with significant business impact.
- Extensive experience in compliance risk assessment and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong data management skills, with proficiency in Alteryx and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks and strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated skill in managing large, complex projects and problem-solving.
- Professional maturity and confidence in expressing viewpoints with varied stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Commitment to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and ability to mentor and develop project management talent within the organization.
