Program Management Senior Director - Transformation Lead


What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will lead the transition management activities in the Hyderabad office, coordinating with key collaborators to facilitate job transitions into the site. This role requires experience in project management or transition management, strong knowledge of software such as Smartsheet, PowerBI, Jira, and MS Office, along with expertise in project management principles. The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and a consistent record of delivering impactful transition solutions. Reporting to this role will be the Transition Management Senior Manager, Change Management Senior Manager, Project Management Senior Manager, and Operational Excellence Senior Manager.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive transition plans, including project schedules and resource allocation plans.


  • Lead the transition management activities to onboard employees in the new Hyderabad office.


  • Develop and implement change management plans for the site operations.


  • Develop and oversee an operational excellence team that establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).


  • Coordinate with external key collaborator to facilitate job transitions from into the Hyderabad office.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of transition plans.


  • Communicate effectively with key collaborators, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates.


  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.


  • Oversee the implementation of the transition plan, ensuring all activities are carried out as planned.


  • Track the performance of the transition, analyzing data and producing reports to demonstrate progress.


  • Ensure all documentation related to the transition is accurately maintained and updated.


  • Conduct post-transition reviews to identify areas of improvement for future projects.


What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:


  • Doctorate degree and 5 years of project management experience OR


  • Master’s degree and 16 to 18 years of project management experience OR


  • Bachelor’s degree and 18+ years of project management experience


Preferred Qualifications:


Technical Skills:


Must Have Skills


  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project management or transition management.


  • Experience managing US-to-India internal corporate work transfer


  • Strong knowledge of transition management software, such as Smartsheet, PowerBI, Jira, and MS Office.


  • Expertise in project management principles and transition documentation, tools, and templates.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Strong analytical skills.


  • Good time management and organizational skills.


  • Excellent managerial skills.


Good to Have Skills


  • Experience in multi-site project models and client communication skills.


  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile, or other project management certifications.


  • Preferred experience in corporate technology transitions
