About the Role We seek a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead our content operations for a 0-1 product. This role is critical in driving the success of our platform, which involves managing a diverse team of subject matter experts (SMEs), content creators, and designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, content strategy, and team leadership.
What You Will Do
Problem Solving and Ownership- Demonstrate high ownership and a bias for action in addressing challenges and opportunities
Team Enablement and Quality Assurance- Work closely with pod leads and individual team members to enable them to deliver high-quality output. Ensure all content adheres to established product principles and maintains consistent quality standards
Product Understanding and Decision Making- Develop a deep understanding of product objectives, including student and teacher motivations. Make informed decisions to unblock the team and drive progress towards product goals
Process Improvement and Efficiency- Continuously analyze and refine processes to increase team velocity and throughput. Implement and optimize workflows that enhance collaboration between SMEs, content creators, and designers
Pipeline Management and Reporting- Track the content pipeline and monitor its performance using relevant metrics and KPIs. Share regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring visibility into team progress and challenges
Team Productivity and Utilisation- Ensure that the team is adequately utilised. As the project is a workflow model, ensure that blockers are released so that the overall productivity stays intact
Who You Are
4+ years of experience in program management, preferably in EdTech or content-driven industries
Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment
