Job Summary


Our HR teams will strengthen employee purpose, ignite energy, and elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating & enhancing moments that matter. This will activate HR products and services that enrich the lives of JLL employees whilst working with Business and HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle.


They’ll use their Business acumen, HR expertise and local knowledge to enable Business and HR priorities. HR will deep dive, surface insights, and influence HR Service Delivery and HR/Talent COEs to improve and when required rebuild policies, processes, and tools that will enhance moments that matter unleashing our talents to do their best work.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To act as SPOC for all HR related matters and support Key Account Director/ HR Team in the execution of the overall people strategy and key HR initiatives across the portfolio
  • To understand the business and leadership priorities, including the business strategy and key initiatives that drive the bottom line and ensure amicable closures
  • Use internal networks and previous HR experience, to advocate best practices and support development and execution of strategy, policy and practice, and business initiatives
  • Partner with the HR team and Business to support Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards & Recognition and Business Planning 
  • Managing the full recruitment process including developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and Negotiation.
  • To execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building exercises, and recognition programs resulting in increased employee satisfaction and retention.
  • To share best practices for maintaining/ increasing the Diversity ratio and to maintain/ minimize attrition across Portfolio.
  • Work with the HR Team for supporting Business to address employee performance issues by providing advice and counsel and support with HR dashboards & HR analysis includes forecasting, employee costing, attrition, employee performance, employee engagement, etc.
  • Respond to ad-hoc queries from Business and employees by answering their questions directly or referring them to the appropriate channel/ subject-matter experts
  • Position yourself as a credible champion who embodies the JLL culture and values in all your interactions. Integrate a mindset around diversity and inclusion constantly; be able and willing to coach others to understand ways to optimize the firm’s values.

Qualifications / Experience / Education:


• MBA/ PGDM - HR is preferred


• At least 8-10 years of equivalent work experience (Generalist experience, though specialist experience across several areas is acceptable)
