With an emphasis on data analysis, collaboration, and technical excellence, this role provides a unique opportunity to work on ground-breaking initiatives that enhance operational efficiency at the Amgen Technology and Innovation Centre while ensuring the protection of critical systems and data.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Empower Digital, Technology and Innovation teams and management with insights, data analysis, and performance metrics for effective decision making
Design and oversee data analysis activities providing context and industry insights (e.g. benchmarks) to help the organization make data driven decisions
Provide interpretation of KPI’s, metrics and analytics to support answering of key performance questions
Facilitate data driven continuous improvement across teams by acting as a liaison between teams driving improvement discussions and removing impediments

What we expect of you
Basic Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with industry benchmarking and developing metrics within a performance management framework
Experience with continuous improvement frameworks including Scaled Agile
Experience with data analysis and statistical model development to support descriptive and predictive analytics
Experience manipulating complex data and relating datasets to each other within Extended Leadership Team and visualization tools
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with GenAI and Chat technology as a productivity tool
Experience presenting data and findings to executives and other leadership teams
Experience with report development in Tableau
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
Team-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
