Ventomatic Manufacturing Trainee
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Manufacturing Trainee to join our team. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on training and experience in manufacturing processes, engineering practices, and production systems. As a Manufacturing Trainee, you will work closely with engineering and production teams to learn and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing operations. This role offers an excellent foundation for individuals pursuing a career in engineering or manufacturing industries.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Process Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate and maintain machinery, tools, and equipment used in the production process.
- Production Monitoring: Support the monitoring of production lines to identify and address performance issues or inefficiencies.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment or production processes.
- Quality Control: Participate in quality assurance activities, including inspections, tests, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, suggest improvements, and support decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives, process improvements, and cost-saving measures.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the manufacturing environment.
- Project Participation: Assist in engineering projects, including new product introductions, process automation, and equipment upgrades.
What you bring:
- Education:
- High school diploma, technical diploma, or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Basics in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
