We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist


  • Assume overall leadership and coordination responsibilities during IT incidents, establishing command and control structures to direct response efforts.
  • Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to incident response teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and understood.
  • Monitor IT systems and infrastructure for signs of potential incidents or anomalies, proactively identifying and prioritizing incidents based on severity, impact, and urgency.
  • Initiate incident response procedures promptly upon detection of an incident, ensuring rapid mobilization of resources and personnel.
  • Conduct rapid and accurate technical assessments of IT incidents, gathering relevant information, and analyzing data to determine the root cause and scope of the issue.
  • Make informed decisions regarding incident response actions, including containment, mitigation, and escalation, to minimize impact and restore service availability.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, senior management, and external vendors or partners.
  • Provide timely and transparent updates on incident status, progress, and resolution efforts, managing stakeholder expectations and concerns throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Maintain detailed records of incident response activities, including incident logs, timelines, actions taken, and outcomes.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analyses to identify underlying issues, systemic vulnerabilities, and opportunities for process improvement or risk mitigation.
