We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Candidate should be ready to work on Production Support Activities in 24X7 Model and will be involved in Analysis and Resolution of Incidents.
- The candidate must have good technical knowledge on Java & Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for critical applications, join crisis calls and major incident responses make efforts to minimize downtime and impact.
- The candidate should have good knowledge on performance monitoring tools like AppD and Splunk. And able to implement/refine and effectively use the tools.
- Should be able to conduct Root Cause Analysis for Incidents and share the findings/recommendation to Management team and track action items closely till closure.
- The person should have knowledge on Agile and DevOps.
- Develop a deep understanding of application and components in the Java based systems.
- Work with developers to identify and resolve complex problems. Address urgent issues quickly, work within SLA’s.
- Managing and Track SLA’s closely so they are consistently met and provide updates to Management on the same.
- Should be well versed with Incident, Change and Problem Management preferably ITIL Certified.
