2-5 years of relevant experience in production support analyst role, with financial domain working experience- Experience with installing, configuring, and supporting business applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages and issue-tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Practical experience with relational databases, MS SQL, SQL queries, Unix and Windows OS, and Java
- Knowledge of monitoring tools, i.e. App Dynamics, ITRS, Grafana and Splunk.
- Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Observability concepts, and automations
- Basic understanding of web server technologies (WebLogic or WebSphere) and Messaging tools like MQ
- Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Proven Automation skills with tools including Ansible, Chef, etc. will be added advantage.
- Good Scripting knowledge in Bash/Python/Perl/etc.
- Knowledge in banking applications and server infrastructure
- Ability to manage workloads efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
