Your responsibilities


· Develop and maintain detailed production schedules.


· Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.


· Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.


· Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.


· Liaise with quality control to address any production issues promptly.


· Prepare regular reports on production performance for senior management.


· Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.


· Creation and scheduling of job orders against Sales Orders.


• Coordinate with Planner (BOM Migration), to ensure accurate attribute mapping at migration level.


• Ensure accurate material inputs to buyers to initiate procurement activities.


• Provide prerequisites for order execution like – final drawings, ITP, painting specs, packing procedures etc.


• Interdepartmental coordination to receive material on time and initiate production activities as planned to ensure timely deliveries.


• Closely coordinate with Purchase, Production & Stores to resolve queries if any.


• Organize daily Shop floor Material and Production review meetings.


• Coordinate with Quality & Project Line Manager for inspection and dispatch clearances.


• Ensure SLOB reduction & inventories at optimum levels.


What you bring


In depth knowledge of Shop Floor Planning of Fabrication, Painting Assembly process.


High level of mathematical skills.


Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.


Good verbal and written communication skills.


Hands on experience in ERPs.


Understanding of technical specification & drawings in purchase orders.


Planning and Organizing Coping with Pressure and Setbacks Strong communication.


Expert in MSOffice including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Should have awareness of Fabrication, Machining and Manufacturing process
