Production planning and execution based on sales forecast with focus on customer delivery
Lean management in manufacturing and implementation of kaizen and 5S
Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with relevant regulations and standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
Ensure a safe and healthy work place and safe environment
Use problem solving techniques to identify root cause and resolve technical issues
Responsible to monitor and achieve target of KPIs like first pass yield, on time delivery, non conformance cost, inventory turn ratio
MIS preparation and presentation to management including global stakeholders
Job knowledge, skills and experience
Bachelor of Electronics/Mechanical engineering with 15-20 years experience in manufacturing. Experience in Medical Device manufacturing will be preferred
Experience in manufacturing of Computed Tomogrpahy, X-ray systems or other Imaging Medical equipment
Experience and know how of end to end supply chain management
Expertise in SAP or similar ERP systems. Experience in following SAP/ERP modules. production, material management, customer order management, inventory management, documentation management.
Team and stakeholder management with good communication and interpersonal skills.
