Job Profile Role
•Knowledge of packing & loading Processes(Local & Export)
•Co ordination for loose /spare materials to be send along with order
•Preparation of Work Instruction about packing and Loading
•Knowledge of  Safety, HIRA , EHS, ENMS, ISO Audit
•Daily work allocations, monitoring of work against targets
•Planning of packing materials as per dispatch plan on Month basis
•Handling of internal & external audits (ISO, EHS, ENMS etc.
•Knowledge of 5S
•Commercial Knowledge like invoicing, Incoterms etc.
•Handling of manpower as per work requirement
•Coordination and communication with cross functional team
•Qualification and Experience
•Graduate in commerce  ( B.com)
•3 to 5 year experience in packing & dispatch
•Advanced Diploma in packaging  (preferred)
•One SRM / SAP knowledge is required
•Self driven and motivated
•Flexibility in various working conditions
•Good in communications
•Data Analysis
•Innovation in packing process and material
•Proactive approach for preventive actions
