The position / About the Job:

In this job the Production Engineer would be responsible for:

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain production processes and systems.
• Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for production processes and procedures.
• Train and support production staff on new processes and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities.

Who you are?

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Advanced degree or certifications in production or manufacturing engineering.

What you can be?

• Bachelor’s degree in production engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 Years’ experience in a production engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
