What you’ll do


  • Lead roadmap planning, initiatives prioritization, competitive analysis, and execution.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality specifications according to customer and user requirements, with the goal of delivering the highest value to our customers. This includes meeting with customers to communicate roadmap plans, gather feedback on planned enhancements, and triage requests from multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with one or more agile engineering teams in Bangalore (sometimes in United States) to define product strategy, sprint goals, scope and delivery (the “What, Why & When”) of your area of product responsibility and get it delivered every release with high quality.
  • Work in close collaboration with other teams, such as release management, production, and governance. Work on cross-module teams to execute suite-wide initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, business experts, and customers to communicate product strategy and functionality.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the product by triaging and reviewing customer tickets assigned to the engineering team to evaluate if any business change is required.
  • Make a contribution towards efficiency and process improvement.
  • Resolve issues. Test. Do what it takes for a successful release.

What you bring


  • The ideal candidate will have a combination of business process knowledge in recruiting area as well as strong product development knowledge, and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in any engineering related field or equivalent experience from relevant Human Resources business teams.
  • 5+ years of Software Industry experience, 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in a SaaS environment or equivalent business domain experience.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, API’s, Artificial Intelligence and modern internet applications.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Balsamiq or Figma is desired.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, AHA tools is desired.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Management Degree is desired.
