MEET YOUR TEAM

The PSCC Organization (Product Success and Cloud Co-Innovation) in Cloud ERP is a globally set-up team and acts as the voice of our customers. Our mission is to work with and for customers and partners to bring the best out of our organization and our product and improve the customer experience every day. 

Our experts support customer implementation projects and partners for successful go-lives, and on the other side help Product Management and Engineering teams with hands-on knowledge and feedbacks from the customer projects. Key programs driven by PSCC include our Customer Care programs, Customer Advocacy programs, Expert Enablement, Customer-like Testing, Transition to SAP S/4HANA and many more.

Cloud ERP is the foundation for SAP's success and brings together finance, procurement, supply chain, logistics, human resources, research and development, service, and sales. In this team we bring in the culture of innovation and mindset of delivering in highest quality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collaborating with UX, engineering and other product experts to focus on the highest value priorities, while tactfully pushing through resistance to change where encountered.
• Coordinate the gathering and integration of feedback from different stakeholders, especially from customers and solution Management.
• Work in close collaboration with other teams, such as release management, production, and governance.
• Ensure the product delivery, prioritizing and describing the product backlog. Ensure the delivery of high-quality specifications according to customer and user requirements, with the goal of creating a competitive advantage for SAP.
• Develop and deliver contents required to accelerate the projects on partners/customers side with the aim to scale the content to mass projects

WHAT YOU BRING

• Overall 3-6 years of experience in software industry and working in Cloud Environments
• Degree/Masters Degree (BTech, MTech, MCA) in Computer Science or a related subject

• Experience of ERP systems implementation and/or Hands-on experience in Integration and Extensibility using SAP BTP.

  
  

• Technical and business acumen.

  
  
• Ability to work with developers, QA, UX, technical support, sales and consulting as a strong team player.
• Strong hands-on mindset.
• Passion for your work and being self-critical to continuously improve.
• You would also be a product expert at a detailed level. Fully able to engage with customers, sales, and marketing to present and position the product.
• Fluency both written and spoken in EnglisH.

Tech you bring

Hands-on with any ERP systems, nice to have S/4HANA or SAP Business ByDesign background Basic coding skills in ABAP or C# or Java Familiar with SAP BTP technology and architecture
