Job Description

Role Summary:


The Sales Representative has responsibility to sell products (mainly MBR, Ozone, EDR) in Industrial market comprising of OEM, EPC, End User & Channel Partners for product sales and work closely with Food & Beverage, Pharma, Ethanol, Textile end users and consultants in south region. MBR & EDR- Work with OEM’s, consultants, end users in mid-market mainly Pharmaceutical, Textile, Food and Beverage, automobile and CETP’sin south region.


Ozonation- Work with existing channel partner, develop deals in industrial
and municipal applications, work with end users and consultants for
opportunity identification and deal development.


Experience: 4-11 Years


Essential Responsibilities / Expectations:


  • The Sales Representative works closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
  • Focus on upcoming projects, ongoing brownfields and retrofits in the region
  • Provide Technical training, input to consultants and OEM’s
  • Drive growth by continuously creating and selling customer value propositions, geographical coverage, meeting End User/OEM for assigned territory. Focus on our competitive advantage while leveraging our broad product portfolio.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers using Veolia-WTS technology to solve identified water treatment Product needs
  • Partner cross-functionally within organization to optimize our solutions offering
  • Develop a plan to effectively meet sales targets by meeting or exceeding key metrics for revenue, account retention.
  • Learn and maintain awareness of all safety and environmental practices
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base.

Key Skills required:


  • Industrial Sales with Water Industry and Corporate sales experience, OEM sales is preferred
  • Knowledge of industrial applications for product lines, including the assigned products and their markets
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Integrative team working style

Qualifications

Bachelor's Engineering degree
