Product Reliability Engineer I

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent subject
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of JAVA troubleshooting, support and JAVA frameworks
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Desired experience of working with APIs
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and incident management processes
• Understanding of IAM Concepts: knowledge of identity governance, authentication, authorization, and user provisioning
• Familiarity with IAM Tools: experience with tools like Okta, AWS IAM and Other IAM solutions
• Security Protocols: understanding of protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication, collaboration skills and team player with a positive attitude
• Strong analytical skills for resolving data issues and with a sense for operational priorities

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll join our office as part of the Managed Cloud Services (MCS) group under Secure Foundations. This group is responsible for building, securing and operating the IT infrastructure and applications. It's a team of skilled engineers who work round the clock providing reliable infrastructure and further develop towards enhancing the products.
You'll join our office in Gurugram and colleagues are located across different time zones (India, Costa Rica). 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You’ll be part of the Application Management team providing functional support for key enterprise and critical applications, prioritizing user satisfaction and reliability, proactively resolving issues, collaborating closely with product teams, and communicating effectively to ensure a seamless support experience. This includes functional troubleshooting of all critical and non-critical application issues primarily based on JAVA Platform leveraging SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB and IAM Technologies.  
You'll support internal customers including colleagues of the IT Development and support entities as well as McKinsey end-users. Additionally, you’ll be tasked on collaborating with multiple upstream/downstream systems to maintain integration flows, managing configuring updates changes to workflows and business rules of the applications.
