As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager within the Consumer and community banking team, you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line.

Job Responsibilities


  • Lead and mentor a team of Agility Leads to uplift and support their products effectively.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
  • Guide the team in successfully implementing agile practices across the organization.
  • Partner with coaches and leaders to define and drive the strategic roadmap for agile adoption.
  • Ensure alignment of agile methodologies with business objectives.
  • Guide and support development teams in adopting agile practices to achieve organizational goals.
  • Enable effective prioritization of work and delivery backlog for development teams.
  • Utilize communication and influence skills to remove impediments for the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement for development teams to enhance delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Minimum 8 years of experience or equivalent expertise in coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management.
  • Experience in managing and developing individual contributors.
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Expertise in agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks.
  • Ability to monitor agility metrics and guide teams through complex projects with a focus on iterative progress and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong focus on team collaboration.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Formal training in Agile coaching, such as recognized coaching certifications.
  • Experience with Data and Analytics products.
  • Recommended skills: agile delivery, business acumen, change management, continuous improvement, coaching, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, verbal communication, adaptability, and decision making.
