Role Definition
Supports quality improvements on existing products.


Responsibilities
•    Analyze external & internal defects to identify opportunities for improvement
•    Collaboration with service engineers and product improvement teams to determine priorities
•    Identifying and tracking quality defects, ensuring resolution in manufacturing, design and/or suppliers
•    Communication and management of quality goals and reports
•    Leads and facilitation of key quality reviews within the team and other internal organizations
•    Maintains the documentations required for the IMS Internal and External audits as per ISO 9001 & CQMS requirements
