We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Owner (VP) – Collections Future State


Principal responsibilities


  • Global WPB Collection Transformation Product Owners are responsible for owning and defining the vision for the collection work stream within the retail lending domain. They will act as the bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product or solution meets the business requirements. The Business Product Owner will be responsible for the product vision of what is to be built, and convey that vision to the Agile software development team.
  • Accountable for making and keeping the product a success - by ensuring that it offers a strong value proposition to the customers and users and that it creates the desired business benefits.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features based on business value and customer needs.
  • Responsible for setting the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
  • Manage epics and define the user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
  • Work with design team to ensure that the user experience meets business and customer needs.
  • Work with development teams to ensure that features are delivered on time and to the required quality.
  • Work with development team on release planning.
