Department- Dev Ops Services, CTO
In this role, you will:
- Product Strategy
- Drive the execution of the Product Management strategy and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in line with HSBC's ambition
- Centre product management strategy on the needs of CTO customers, colleagues including GBGFs
- Customer Focus
- Drive a customer-centric approach to product management, ensuring that the bank's technology products meet the needs of its customers
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Empower CTO Product teams with skills to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product ideation, delivery, and demise
- Upskill CTO and GBGF teams on product management practices through teaching/pilots/coaching/mentoring, providing direct support to meet tangible outcomes
- Stakeholder Management
- Work alongside key stakeholders to embed new cultures and ways of working, both among the leadership and their teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate them into the product management framework
