Roles and Responsibilities
 

• 5-14+ years of Experience in IT Development Interfaces, Automation concepts and Support
• Strong in MIS and Presenting to all levels from C to A across organization
• 5-10 years in Production Support
• 8+ years in Service Management, preferably ITIL Certified
• 2-5 years hands on experience of Event Management in Service Now and or similar tooling/interfaces
• 2-5+ years in Event Management tooling, practices and processes, best practices and technologies preferably ServiceNow and Dynatrace
• 3+ years of Product Management Experience.
• Should have minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Should have demonstrated experience in designing and re-engineering interfaces and processes to meet organizational goals and improve efficiency
• Should have hands on working Experience with global operating models
• Should have demonstrated commitment to continual learning of industry best practices and standards
