Product Manager II

About the Role:
As Product Manager II, you will own one or more product features and lead project execution. You will develop product plans and represent your feature(s) within the cross-functional team, proposing new ideas that address customer needs based on your understanding of the customer. You will prioritize and communicate production issues and defects for timely resolution and lead demonstrations to key stakeholders at program milestones.
Responsibilities:
Drive the delivery and commercialization of cutting-edge data-driven product features.
Manage the core product team and serve as a key contact for commercial stakeholders and users of these services.
Articulate our product vision, strategy, and value to key stakeholders.
Continuously develop our product strategy based on user discovery and research.
Develop funding submissions for new experiments that could form spin-off products from the core suite.
Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses, market drivers, and trends to enhance our product development.

The product team is responsible for Nexis Solutions’ product strategy and execution. We develop fantastic products from an intense collaboration between our engineering, design, and research teams. We work closely with go to market, marketing, pricing, and our segment leaders who define our segment and go to market strategy.

Our product managers are central to every aspect of the business, with the autonomy to identify opportunities, test hypotheses and create awesome new solutions, as part of a cross-functional team. They lead teams through customer data and insights, to discover new opportunities resulting in products our customers love, and ensuring all activity has a representative return on the effort to value.
They work in a dual track agile approach, requiring continuous discovery and delivery. By working closely with customers, combining behavioral data and internal expertise, they will lead the evolution and innovation of solutions that will help our customers succeed.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience developing SaaS products.
Experience in the management consultant and financial services market is advantageous.
Strong track record of Agile delivery and Product Management responsibilities.
Proven ability to speak to users, customers, and prospects to define requirements and influence product strategy.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language accessible to all backgrounds.
Strong collaboration skills in a matrix corporate structure.
Experience leading a mixed team of engineers and UX professionals.
