Job Description
  • Product management for Clutch Systems (Passenger car)
  • Design and generate technical specification/requirement for Clutch Systems along with Bosch global team
  • Competitor product benchmark study
  • Expert in product validation process
  • Responsible for suppliers evaluation , product and test reports
  • Implement short-term & long-term marketing strategy for aftermarket Clutch business.
  • Create a lean and optimum portfolio based on vehicle population and potential study.
  • Plan/implement activities according to product development timeline/key milestones. PLCM management along with profitability

Qualifications
  • B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) with Min. 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Development / Product Marketing or R&D in Clutch Systems
  • In depth Technical knowledge of Product (Clutch) .
  • Good knowledge on various quality standards. Knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA
  • Very good skills in MS Office tools
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Good team player and experience of working in CFT
  • Fluent in English written and oral communication
  • Willingness to travel

Additional Information
  • Master’s degree in friction technology or MBA Marketing
  • Knowledge of VDA6.3 OR IATF16949
  • Knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology
