Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for credit products, focusing on customer acquisition and engagement
- Build and implement data-driven marketing campaigns by analyzing customer segments and behavior patterns
- Create and optimize customer messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates and product adoption
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and launch new marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels
- Measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and customer experience
A day in the life
Your day might start with reviewing performance metrics from recent marketing campaigns, followed by collaborating with analytics teams to identify high-potential customer segments. You could spend time crafting compelling value propositions, meeting with design teams to enhance customer communications, or working with business partners to launch new promotional strategies. You'll regularly interact with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product features and benefits.

Credit and Lending team at Amazon Pay focuses on solving credit and affordability needs of the Indian customers for payments and otherwise. We focus on building the seamless customer experiences powered via credit while ensuring high reliability and customer trust.
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related marketing roles
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
