We are looking for a Product Manager who can identify country specific unique requirements/features and drive them to execution. As our country expansion strategy evolves we need a strong owner/communicator to drive ES product success in launch marketplaces. We are looking for someone who can embrace the challenge of solving complex problems with various stakeholders and creating scalable solutions. Specific responsibilities include:
• Identify, develop, and manage unique product features for initiatives/features that enhance the customer and experience in launch marketplaces.
• Define business requirements, and strategies supported by internal and external analysis.
• Develop and manage products that improve seller experience in new and emerging countries through self-service solutions.
• Own the development and strategy of how we think about regional management for new and emerging countries.
• Work with product, tech and business teams worldwide to ensure alignment and maximize synergies.
• Actively build relationships with technical program managers, product managers, and engineers to deliver on your product roadmap.
• Make prioritization and trade-off decisions, balancing the user experience, developer experience, and business value.
• Investigate issues from different sources, do root-cause analysis, identify systemic gaps, and ensure these gaps are addressed.
The successful candidate will be a thought leader, highly collaborative, globally minded and have an extremely high level of customer focus and cultural sensitivity. You should be a motivated self-starter that can work both independently and with others in a fast paced, ambiguous environment in different cultures. You should have excellent product management, business and communication skills to be able to work across product, tech and business teams worldwide to define and deliver product and process improvements.
He/she will be a key leader and influencer how we expand to new countries and how we successfully manage new and emerging countries. He/she will attend key meetings with product, tech and International Consumer leadership to influence the direction of our strategy.

- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
