The Role:

As a Product Manager at Unifize, you will be at the forefront of driving our unique platform forward. This role is designed for a passionate, proactive individual who is eager to dive deep into product management and help innovate solutions.

Even though Unifize caters to manufacturing and life science industries, you are specifically NOT required to have any industry experience

We do not require career product managers - what’s more important is that you enjoy the end-to-end product development process and can make amazing things happen on-time with limited resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage the lifecycle of product features from conception to deployment, ensuring integration of real-time feedback and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a conduit between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring that all voices are heard and integrated into product development.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Utilize Figma to create and refine wireframes and prototypes, enhancing the intuitive nature of our platform.
• Product Specification: Create documentation that captures user requirements and translates them into unambiguous specifications for developers. This would included managing UI outputs.
• Research and Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage insights gained from our comprehensive data analytics to influence product strategy.
• End-user Documentation: Maintain extensive, thorough product documentation that can be used as an input by marketing and sales.
• Testing:  Ensure that the product is properly tested according to your specifications and any bugs/defects are resolved on time.
• Releases: Ensure that the product is properly released with relevant documentation and release notes cleaned up. 
• Organizing Information: Create and maintain systems for organizing complex information hierarchies, ensuring stakeholders from customer-facing teams or developers can easily access and disseminate.
• Process Excellence: Document and manage internal processes to continuously improve timeliness and quality of deliverables and results. Utilize retrospectives, SOPs, checklists, and meetings effectively as tools to deliver results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable interest in technology and product management, either as a product manager or entrepreneur
• Understanding of application development including 
  • Designing UX and wireframing, 
  • Developing UI with internal or external designers
  • Writing product specification documentation
  • Writing testing protocols
  • Ownership of end-to-end feature development
• Proficiency in using project management and design tools
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise applications is a plus
• History of developing and deploying design systems is a plus
• Knowledge of quality management practices is a plus
