The Position


This role requires someone to support the execution of local portfolio marketing strategy with the Sr Marketing Manager and actively launch, campaigns and sales execution as well as follow-up with internal stakeholders, working in order to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.  As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible to:


  • Plan and execute brand marketing plan and strategy – long and short team.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis, analyze affiliate expectations, evaluate market potential, prepare medium term marketing strategy and investment plans.
  • Develop and align with key stakeholders on the strategy for the promotion of the product.
  • Initiate market research / pilot studies and finalize promotion plans.
  • Negotiate costs and appoint PR and advertising agencies, identify innovative promotional tools.
  • Conceptualize and design mass campaigns, liaise with medical professional bodies, track progress, and take corrective measures in order to ensure higher product sales and return on investment for marketing activities.

Qualifications


  • Post-Graduation – MBA with specialization in Marketing from Premier B School (preferred). Preferably a science graduate.
  • Product marketing experience of 5-8 years.
  • Experience in any of the therapies like cardio, diabetes, oncology, vaccines.
