Job Title: Product Manager – SMB Lending
Location: Mumbai
Job Type: Fulltime
Experience:
- 3+ years experience in a product management or analytical role
- Experience in working with a Fintech on B2B / SMB lending
Roles / Responsibilities:
-Define and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps for the platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
-Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and launch new features.
-Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products.
-Coordinate with other product managers and stakeholders to ensure cohesiveness of the overall product strategy.
-Manage the product lifecycle from concept to phasing out, operating across cross-functional teams.
-Implementing financial reporting and scalable processes

Skills Required

• Lending based on alternate data
• Experience with Business Rules Engines (BRE) and a decent understanding of credit underwriting processes.
• Adept at Accounting, Financial Accounting
• Possess excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexible, self-driven, and proactive
