We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to assist our sales, product, and marketing teams with innovative initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, translating these into actionable product requirements. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design, development, and prototyping processes, timely project delivery, and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the Product Manager will lead innovation efforts, conduct market research to inform strategies and monitor product performance to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction.

Designs, develops, and manages activities for a specific product, solution, initiative, project, or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the product or product line.


- Proven ability to build, test, implement, and deploy prototypes and MVPs independently with minimal supervision.


- Strong experience in collaborating with advisory groups, as well as engineering and clinical user groups, to gather insights and refine product features.


- Excellent project management skills to oversee the end-to-end product development process.


- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client-specific initiatives.


- Strong market research and analytical skills to inform product strategies and ensure alignment with client needs.


- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and drive innovation across teams.
