Overview
Mastercard Gateway product management team is part of a global product function at the centre of payments innovation delivering leading customer experiences through our connected gateway. As part of this remit the team is responsible for defining the strategy, and executing the delivery of, market-leading payment gateway products & value-added services to our acquirers and merchants on a global basis.
The Product Manager will support the Product Management team in evolving a portfolio of Gateway Products across our global value chain.
This position will be part of the Gateway Hosted Solutions and New Small Business.
• Own day-to-day product management for core as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results.
• Help define, develop, and implement product strategies through analyzing consumer behavior and preferences, competitive best practices, and product economics
• Serve as subject matter expert and has oversight over the customer experience, features and servicing processes
• Initiate, plan and manages initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle working with cross-functional project teams within Gateway and external partners
• Manage studio approvals, define product requirements, define acceptance criteria, oversee testing status, and post implementation activities
• Complete competitive analysis and identify key opportunities to drive innovation, revenue and drive positive client experience
• Ensure a positive customer experience and the oversee the lifecycle of an initiative and day-to-day product support, including creating/maintaining procedure documents & training materials
• Lead efforts to rapidly fix and remediate any situations which negatively impact customer experience
• Highly self-motivated, effective communication and decision management skills, and has the willingness to learn and adapt in an agile environment

Preferred skills include:
• PSP or payments background, especially in Mobile and SDKs
• Experience with/knowledge of global and domestic payment schemes and players
• Understanding of Open API initiatives
• Experience working in Agile

• Have you brought multiple products to market on a global scale?
• Have you overseen product evolution, established go-to-market strategies and implemented improvements within a product life cycle?
• Have you acted as a strategic owner of a global product, established KPIs and managed P&L?
• Have you developed a product roadmap?
