Key Responsibilities:
● Product Strategy Development: Define the vision and roadmap for web
development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Engineering Lead,
marketing, design, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements
into technical specifications.
● Performance Optimization: Analyze web performance metrics and collaborate
with the engineering team to implement strategies that improve page speed and
overall user experience.
● User Experience Focus: Ensure that all web assets are designed with user
experience in mind, working with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces.
● Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing process for web assets,
ensuring that they meet performance, security, and functionality standards before
launch.
● Monitoring and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track
the success of web initiatives, utilizing analytics tools to gather insights on user
behavior and engagement.
● Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product
features, integration processes, and user guides.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field;
MBA preferred.
● 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles within web
development or digital products.
● Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and
familiarity with frameworks like Node.js.
● Proven ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams to deliver
high-quality web solutions.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed
product decisions.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with performance optimization tools (e.g., Google Lighthouse) and
techniques (e.g., lazy loading, asset minification).
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
● Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on web development.
