We emphasize cloud and integration technologies, advanced methods, and architectures.Autodesk is looking for a Product Manager with experience in enterprise Customer Success (CS) data, insights, analytics, and data platforms. This role is part of the newly established Data Products & Insights Product Management Domain within ESE. The successful candidate will work closely with the Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) lead to manage, develop, and enhance our Customer Success data products and insights.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with PM leadership to define the vision and strategy for the Customer Success Data, Insights, & Analytics Product Group within the Data Products & Insights Domain to advance company objectivesIdentify core customer challenges and align teams to develop scalable, reusable enterprise solutionsPartner with the EDH lead to create a scalable reporting and analytics strategy that can be leveraged by other GTM product groups, such as Marketing and SalesDrive the delivery of roadmap commitments, ensuring the product lands impactful business outcomesWork closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Customer Success leaders, Engineering, and UX, to inform strategy and align visionDevelop rolling 12-month roadmaps for the CS Data and Analytics product group, prioritizing high-impact solutionsAuthor detailed PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and define success metricsEstablish OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), including methodology, baselines, and targets, to measure and achieve business impactAnticipate and mitigate risks, fostering alignment among partners and guiding the team through challenges toward the defined visionEnsure strong stakeholder relationships through regular interlocks, 1:1s, and best practices in partnership managementMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience driving product strategy, vision, and execution for enterprise CS data, insights, and analytics in collaboration with architects, engineering, and multiple stakeholders5+ years of experience managing roadmaps for enterprise data, insights, and analytics products (Customer Success domain preferred)Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and persuasively to diverse audiences (internal, external, business, and technical)Strong skills in planning, facilitation, dependency management, and risk analysisPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related fieldExperience working with geographically distributed teamsTechnical fluency in cloud data technologies, architectural concepts, and schedule tradeoffs, partnering effectively with technical team membersProven ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and drive executionQuick decision-making skills and a willingness to take calculated risksThe Ideal CandidateAdvisor Role: Requires a deep understanding of the theories and concepts within the discipline and the ability to apply best practices effectivelyProblem Solving: Solves complex and diverse problems by applying best practices and creativity in practical situationsRelationship Building: Builds effective relationships with senior practitioners, peers, and external stakeholders, potentially acting as a mentor to less experienced colleaguesIndependence: Works independently, with guidance provided at critical points, and may lead projects or improve ongoing processesCreativity: Applies judgment and interpretation to select the right course of action, connecting assignments to the bigger pictureLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
