We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to ideate, build and scale CX solutions for Central Shopping Experience team. The candidate should be a passionate leader with high ownership, capable of influencing key stakeholders in India and globally to drive the product thinking and vision. You will work with multiple partner teams such as Machine Learning, Software Development, WW stakeholders to drive and execute initiatives for our customers. You will also be working with teams globally to scale our solutions to relevant needs in other geographies with significant global impact, while maintaining a high bar on quality and speed of delivery.
Key job responsibilities
The Product Manager will be responsible for building and delivering on a roadmap of initiatives cutting across geographies. The Product Manager will need to identify key themes, align on top priorities with country leaders, and work with Tech and WW teams to deliver impact across multiple countries.

Amazon IES CatEx team owns the charter for defining the shopping experience across multiple category needs for Amazon's emerging markets. We are a large product organization solving key customer problems through Customer Insights, Tech development and Machine Learning capabilities. We work backwards of emerging customer needs and build solutions to scale these globally.
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
