If you're driven, innovative, and eager to make a difference in India's healthcare and research markets, this is your opportunity!Key Responsibilities:Direct Ownership:Strategic Leadership: Analyze product positioning against competitors and market trends to develop and complete growth-focused strategies aligned with annual operating plans (AOP).Pricing Excellence: Collaborate with APAC BDM, Commercial, and India Finance teams to lead competitive benchmarking and annual pricing processes.Growth Initiatives: Identify and implement promotional schemes to accelerate product line growth.Empowering Teams: Assess and address training needs for direct and indirect channels; deliver impactful training to elevate sales team performance.Customer-Focused Innovations: Develop and implement a nationwide plan for product demos and sampling; monitor return on investment and optimize usage of demo inventory.Technical Expertise: Be the go-to expert for customers and commercial teams, addressing technical queries and resolving quality concerns.Market Expansion: Uncover and develop new markets and segments to drive business growth.Supportive Contributions:Collaborate with the marketing team to build impactful product awareness campaigns and complete exciting new product launches.Partner with the commercial team to manage and convert leads into tangible business opportunities.Work with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely liquidation, and a positive P&L impact.What We’re Looking For:Education & Experience:Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science/Biology. An MBA from a top-tier business school or a PhD is preferred9–12 years of professional experience, with 4–6 years in sales of laboratory equipment (centrifuges preferred) or product management in a similar domain.Knowledge & Skills:In-depth knowledge of India’s Pharma, Biopharma, Academic Research, and Healthcare markets.Outstanding communication, presentation, and people-influencing skills.Proven expertise in product portfolio management and pricing strategies.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Proficiency in navigating matrix organizations and showcasing a proactive approach.Why Join Us?This is more than a job—it’s a chance to shape the future of laboratory technology and make a significant impact on India’s scientific advancements.
