Job Description

This is a Full-time Contractor (FTC) role with a fixed period of 12 months; the candidate will be evaluated for a conversion to a full-time role during or at the end of their contractual period.
We are the Rewards team within the Amazon Pay India org and we are looking for a highly driven, Product Manager to build and scale enterprise-grade products which are used by our Advertiser partners like Brands, Banks, Sellers, Merchants to achieve their business objectives like acquiring new customers, improve customer engagement, drive up sales etc. using rewards like cashbacks, discounts, coupon codes as a lever.
The candidate should be a passionate leader with high ownership, capable of influencing key stakeholders in India and globally to drive the product thinking and vision. You will work with multiple partner teams such as Business Operations, Finance, Accounting Engineering, Central Accounting, Financial Operations, Business Development and Worldwide stakeholders to drive and execute initiatives for our customers. You will also be working with teams globally to scale our solutions to relevant needs in other geographies with significant global impact, while maintaining a high bar on quality and speed of delivery.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, the Product Manager for Amazon Pay Rewards will have a direct impact to Amazon Pay's topline (revenue) by being responsible for:
- Managing the Post-campaign journey for Advertiser partners related to fund management, data reconciliation, accounting & invoicing
- Defining Monetization levers to earn additional revenue for Amazon Pay from Advertiser partners
A day in the life
- Interacting with Advertiser partners to understand their current mode of working and associated pain points
- Working with partner teams like Operations, Business Development, Finance, Accounting, Tech to understand the current setup of post-campaign activities or Monetization and develop a point-of-view on opportunities for standardization or automation
- Build a business case by writing PR-FAQs to align stakeholders on the potential revenue opportunity, advertiser problems to solve and potential solutions (including UX)
- Working with Tech to define the product solution, evaluating tradeoffs and phasing out the launch
- Working with the relevant teams to drive GTM

- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience working on enterprise B2B/SaaS products
