We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to join our PubGuru Ads team. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of product initiatives across web, mobile, and CTV platforms. You'll play a key role in driving multi-channel expansion and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for publishers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the roadmap and product development of PubGuru Ads across web, mobile, and CTV platforms.
- Drive GTM strategy and execution for new features and channel expansions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product delivery with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis, gather customer feedback, and use data to inform product decisions.
- Define and monitor KPIs to ensure product success and adoption.
- Partner with business development to identify strategic partnerships that accelerate growth in mobile and CTV.
- Advocate for the needs of publishers and ensure products deliver measurable value.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of product management experience in ad tech, with a focus on the publisher side.
- Proven experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution.
- Familiarity with app ad monetization (e.g., rewarded video, interstitials, in-app bidding) is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of monetization strategies across desktop, mobile, and CTV.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- High degree of ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
