Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to inform product decisions.
  • Foster collaboration across teams, enabling efficient decision-making.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements, particularly in API and NDC developments.
  • Support the transition to NDC One Order within the organization.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in the travel industry, particularly with NDC.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience using data and market research to drive strategies.
  • Ability to switch between different workstreams efficiently.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive leadership approach.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and business acumen.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building a strong team culture.
  • Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing employees.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Background in software development is a plus.
  • Experience in sales or management is an asset.
