Your Main Responsibilities
The role will encompass multiple responsibilities across connectivity, content, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.
Participate in refinement of business requirements for development of new or improvement of existing software solutions.
Responsible for product enhancement definition and priorities related to Hospitality Distribution
Connectivity & API Integrations
Manage and optimize integrations with OTAs, CRS, and channel managers. Develop scalable API strategies to enhance data flow efficiency. Work with 3rd party suppliers to ensure seamless data exchange.
Content Control, Quality & Normalization
Ensure content consistency across suppliers, improving room mapping and standardization. Lead initiatives for data freshness, deduplication, and enrichment.
Develop tools for automated content validation and reporting which will help to scale further
Enable tools to control the content quality and maximize shopping performance with overall cost optimization in mind
Comply with various tax laws and with right customer discovery & market research build product which will help us to position our product correctly
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define the vision and roadmap for connectivity and content initiatives. Prioritize feature development based on business needs and impact. Work cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and data teams to deliver milestones.
Involved in functional follow-up of the Hospitality Distribution Content Platform development cycle, day-to-day support to R&D teams, end-to-end testing and validation working hand in hand with the other PMs in the team.
Following and contributing to the Go to Market activities, producing documentation needed for feature releasing, deploying coordination with all stakeholders, preparation of communication to customers and internal teams.
In charge of epics and features in the Portfolio and Program Backlogs, ensure prioritization according to business value following the Product Life Cylce (PLC)
Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring
Establish KPIs for content quality, API performance, and supplier response times. Utilize analytics to drive decision-making and optimize product effectiveness. Ensure governance of data accuracy and completeness.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
Act as a key liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and tech partners. Lead discussions on product enhancements and connectivity improvements. Drive alignment between business goals and technology capabilities.
About The Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in product management,preferably in travel tech or hotel distribution.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of APIs, hotel content distribution, and connectivity standards
Analytical & Strategic thinking Mindset: Ability to work with data, set KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
Stakeholder Management: Experience working with suppliers, engineering teams, and leadership
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Execution & Delivery: Strong project management skills to execute road maps efficiently.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Flexible and adaptable, able to succeed in a complex and evolving environment.
