Role Overview: 


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of our GenAI products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for machine learning and artificial intelligence, and a track record of delivering successful products.


The Product Manager is a mid-senior level position responsible for driving the development of 0-1 products You will act as the focal point to design and develop new products and features in sync with the Sr. Director Product, assembling and guiding a multi-disciplined teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, UX, software engineers; and collaborating as needed with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for GenAI products, aligning with Kantar’s overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to define product requirements and drive the development process.
  • Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap using tools like Aha, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals. Work closely with development teams and Technical Product Owners (TPOs) using Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage backlogs, sprints, and releases.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure the product meets their needs.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on AI or technology products.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of AI technologies and trends.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with product management tools like Aha and Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Demonstrated strength in EQ
