Summary:

Generative AI is redefining how customers create and deliver digital experiences in the DXP market. This role will drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage generative AI across the DXP portfolio.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to validate market problems and apply frameworks like design thinking to incubate new solutions. Working closely with product designers, researchers, and engineers, you will develop prototypes and run hypothesis-driven experiments. Customer insights will guide you in ensuring the viability and desirability of these opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify market problems and define prototype success criteria.
• Conduct market research, including user interviews and competitive analysis.
• Work with product owners and engineers to scope prototypes and deliver proof of concepts.
• Design and execute hypothesis-driven experiments, analyzing results with design researchers.
• Recruit and engage customers for qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Measure the success of experiments using KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Build strong relationships with technical partners to understand their markets.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in generative AI and their applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of product management experience in SaaS or AI products, with a total of 8+ years in software development.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and technologies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and hands-on experience working with agile teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
