Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and define the product for Fintech industry
- Select a technical stack and define the product to tech team
- Work closely with tech team for developing API’s and integrations with third parties
- Implementation of security aspects as per PCI DSS and ISO norms
- Design the dashboard for dissemination of information to end users
- Final testing of product
- Single point of contact for Sales team and Customers for product explanation
- Periodic training on product
- New Innovations on Product
Mandatory Skills & Knowledge:
- Must have knowledge of the Fintech industry and domestic/global regulations about finance. Fintech Product Managers should update themselves with changes in customer behaviour to win the competition.
- Need creativity to explore the needs of customers at every zone and to keep motivating the team to move forward despite constraints.
- Competent to deal with various stakeholders so that they do not complain about innovative products.
- He/she has the skill to collect relevant data about the product and analyse the data to dig relevant information from it.
- He/she has the will to know about customer needs, emotions, and relations between the customer and the product.
Experience and Qualification Requirement:
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience as Fintech Product Manager
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance/Business Administration
