Role Summary This role focuses on creating a delightful experience for students on the Quizizz platform. Millions of teachers use Quizizz to engage with their students, and they count on us to make their classes fun and engaging. What you'll do
Product Strategy: Team up with the leadership team to craft a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that align with our product vision
Product Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging features and functionalities that drive our strategic goals. Work hand-in-hand with design teams to create compelling experiences that boost engagement and retention. Partner with Marketing and Community teams to arm them with up-to-date info and messaging to effectively launch our products
Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop metrics and tracking tools to monitor product performance. Use data-driven insights to drive optimization and future feature development. Collaborate with Analytics to build an experimentation roadmap, enhance teacher experiences, and achieve business objectives. Spot opportunities to elevate teacher satisfaction on the platform
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve impactful business results. Lead by example, fostering a culture of purpose and excellence
Who you are
5+ Years of Product Management Experience in a progressive product company and building AI products/ features
User Empathy: Growth at Quizizz is driven by word of mouth (with $0 ad spend), because we have an amazing product that people love to talk about. This was built through years of listening to our users and building the product that they wanted. Having a strong empathy for the users will definitely be required to add that magic
Analytical Prowess: Skillful with data to derive insights, create concise reports, and communicate findings effectively
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a knack for tackling ambiguity
Critical Thinking: Sharp problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
