Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions. Engage with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead product vision and strategy development. - Build partnerships with key stakeholders. - Provide technology solutions for product development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - Strong understanding of product management principles. - Experience in developing product roadmaps. - Knowledge of technology solutions for product development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
