Product Management Lead
In this role, you will:
- Lead & Develop the Product Strategy for APAC Market: Guide, support, and help a team of sales and pre-sales team within the region to position our Hospitality distribution product. Drive the product vision and strategy based on the market needs aligning with our overall hospitality distribution vision
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product portfolio within APAC region , balancing short-term goals with long-term vision and ensuring a cohesive product offering.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, enhance product performance, and continuously improve processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the team, consistently seeking ways to enhance our products and processes.
About the Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Results-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to succeed in a complex and evolving environment.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
